Choosing To Be Wrong

We must never behave as though the public self, the self who engages in conversation with fellow citizens, is separate from a hidden, private self who believes the Bible and tries to follow the Lord. We should witness joyfully, energetically, and lovingly for the truth of God's Word.

First Things First

Church partisan litmus tests are wrong, but preaching political values is not.

"Church partisan litmus tests are wrong, but preaching political values is not."

That sentence pretty well sums it up. If we have pastors kicking people out of church for their political beliefs, where are they kicking them to? If we refuse to allow homosexuals into our churches, where do we expect them to find the truth?
We've truly come a long way - I just fear that we've been traveling in the wrong direction!

Peace, love and a good compass...
